Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-14. Operator: AINT Labs (Alberta, Canada).

The service

AI Compliance Tool provides software to inventory, assess, document and monitor the use of artificial intelligence. It is decision support. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer–client relationship, and does not guarantee compliance with any law or standard. Assessment outcomes, applicability screenings and generated documents must be reviewed by qualified people in your organization and, where appropriate, by professional advisers.

Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, the people you invite and their roles. Partner workspaces must record client authorization before accessing client data.

Plans and billing

Plan limits are published on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled via the billing portal. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. One-time assessments are scoped in writing before payment.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to share, attempt to access other organizations’ data, or use the website scanner against sites you are not permitted to analyse for this purpose.

Regulatory content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the regulatory dataset accurate and to label verification status, but laws change and errors are possible. Official sources prevail.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AINT Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law
