Enterprise limits are set per contract. Storage is measured on uploaded evidence. AI-assisted drafting is optional, labelled, and disclosed in the privacy notice; customer documents are never used to train third-party models.

- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. One guided assessment, up to three AI systems, one policy draft and a summary PDF export with no card required.
- Do you charge in Canadian dollars?
- Pricing is set in USD. Canadian organizations can be billed in CAD at the published CAD prices once billing is activated for their workspace.
- Does using the platform make us compliant?
- No software does. The platform helps you inventory, assess, act, document and monitor. Legal conclusions should be confirmed by qualified professionals for your situation.
- When do upgrades happen?
- When you reach a limit (for example a fourth AI system on Free), the app explains the limit and links to billing. Nothing fails silently.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes, from the billing portal at any time. Your data stays exportable on the Free plan limits.
